The return/ exchange policy of a product for change depends on business requirements, and the policy that was active at the ordered time will be applicable. All the product which are applicable for exchange/ replacement policy must be in original condition, unused and shall contain the brand tag will be accepted within the period of 7 days from billing.

*Customers should report any damaged or defective items within 24 hours for a direct exchange or refund. Customer Care: 080 3783 6738 While returning the product, please make sure the item is correctly packed with original packaging.

Products that are used/ unused shall be checked by the receiver in the store.

*If any of the products that were originally part of the purchase using a coupon or offer are replaced /exchanged, the replacement/exchange order will also get the benefit of the same coupon code/offer that was applied to the original order.
