• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

• Other Locations: 4–8 business days
  Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location and courier partner.

4. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹X (set your threshold).

• A flat shipping fee of ₹Y will be applied to orders below that amount.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking number and courier partner details. You can track your shipment via the link provided.

6. Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (weather, natural calamities, courier issues, etc.). However, we will do our best to keep you informed.

8. Damaged or Lost Orders

If your package is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery with photo evidence (if applicable).
